I called the corperate office, and made a complaint to the complaint dept. He called me back in 15 minutes with a tracking number.
So they sent it ground, but he fully re-imbursed shipping.
Even better, the card states it was delivered today...

Nice. That's cool that they sent the dual DVI one. Now if you just get another one, you'll be able to do multimon when you aren't SLIing. Now your second card will cost a tiny bit more though. ($20-30)

Hmm... 145F at 2.5Ghz in full utilization. Think ill drop the voltage a bit.
However it was prime stable for over 8 hours.
Also its like a million degrees in my room. San diego has the heat blanket on today. Overcast and muggy... and hot.

I hate overcast/muggy/hot-heat-blanket-bastardosity! 145? I'll find out what mine is at. I think it's around 140. What voltage are you running at? I think I only run mine at one or two increments up. I'll check my settings when I get home. (I also dropped the clock down to 2400 while I was trying some things out, and never increased it back to 2500.) I should do that. I forgot all about that until you just mentioned it.

I see, so it was Prime+
Decoding MP4 takes quite a chunk of CPU time, so I'm not surprised that that happened. In fact, I doubt you'd ever run into any stability problems while doing normal gaming etc.
