hey...this give me an idea...
we could get a bunch and sell them for infinite profit!!!!
btw...I like the KevAvatar and the BeeephAvatar...we should all have avatars like that...I have a pretty cool picture of me sticking my gun in my mouth that would probably work pretty well for that size - Ryland thinks it's kind of disturbing though...

Damn it! I want to be in the avatar club but my PC is in a box ready to be on its way to Texas to have the keyboard replaced before the warranty expires next week (shift key broke in half). Two Years I've had that notebook now. Amazing how much it has retained its value. When I bought it I only got a 1 year extended warranty because I figured it would be pretty outdated in 2 years. I have looked around online and it is hard to find something I would rather have:
P4m 1.6 GHz - certainly fast enough for a notebook, even 2 years later.
768MB DDR (upgraded after 6 months)
30GB HDD - would like to upgrade this, but the biggest 2.5" drive you can buy is a 60GB - whoopty do. I carry around a 120GB 1394 ext drive (full!) instead.
8X CDRW/DVD - DVD+RW would be cool, but this is 2 years old.
GeForce2Go - like I ever play games...but I could run Dungeon Siege.
15" 1400x1050 LCD - dizamn I'm happy with this.
integrated 802.11b/100mbit/v.92 - I guess G would be nice.
and most importantly a nice and compact form factor - not some huge desktop replacement machine.
It has been acting up a bit lately, like shutting down every now and then at random. I think it may be because of 2 years of dust and gunk in the tight confines. Hopefully when they have it open to replace the kb they will clean it out well. Or maybe they won't be able to fix the problem and just send me a new model. But seriously, considering it is 2 years old this is still a pretty damn usable notebook.
Although in less than 1 month I'll be back in full sized PC land and be able to get my game on.

That's Tim's warp portal. He warps in and out of cliff sides to save dinosaurs. You see, he was time travelling one day, and accidentally infected the dinosaurs with the measels (I think it was the measels.) He then dedicated himself to save them. He uses the warp portal to do this.

Ok...
... this is from the remake that is currently being developed, but it is pretty close to the original story. (In fact, the original creator of Dino Eggs is helping on this remake project.)
Dino Eggs 2100 A.D. features you as Timemaster Tim - a time traveller from the future that has inadvertantly brought back a common virus, Measles, to the dinosaur population. As a result, the entire dinosaur population is wiped out millions of years before nature took its course and wiped the dino race out with a fatal meteor. By causing the early extinction, the Earth lost millions of years of fossil fuel production and after Tim returned to his own time he realized the impact of what he'd done.
Tim vowed to go back in time and save the dinosaurs by bringing uncontaminated eggs slightly forward in time after the virus plague was over - hoping his efforts will restore the delicate time balance he disturbed.
During his quest, he will be forced to avoid the Natives; spiders, roaches (yep, still around after all those years), snakes, and even dinosaurs themselves (Dino Mom protects her eggs!). The harsh elements will make his job that much harder. If Tim is contaminated by a creature from the past, only returning to his warp bubble will prevent him de-evolving back to a prehistoric spider!
Eggs will hatch, forcing Tim to trap the babies in a time bubble to take them forward. He'll start fires to scare away the Dino Mom. He'll overturn rocks to make sure he gets as many dino eggs as he can - the survival of the dino race (and the human race as well) depends on him.
Can Timemaster Tim save the dino population? Its up to you ... In Dino Eggs 2100 A.D.!
