This has got to be the most amazing work being done with Flash interactivity. I didn't even know this kind of thing was possible.

If you really dug that, then u gotta peep Joshua Davis's stuff (formerly known as Praystation). He's come up with some brilliant and often mimicked interface paradigms, and is basically the Flash guru:
