I have seen that one before and that whole thing is pretty amazing. I think at the start of it that is the biggest bunnyhop I have ever seen. That vid makes me want to learn to do 360s - used to not be able to do it but maybe now I could.

Almost racing time again...

Training has been good in the gym...leg strength is up from last year by and feels more solid. Deadlift strength nearly where it was last year. Benching good and nearly at last years highs.

Adding sprints to training regime to increase leg speed. Can hit 30mph for short sprints. Need to get that up to 32mph...yeah that would be good.

At 30.7mph is legs are turning 182 RPM
at 32mph legs are at 189.8 RPM

so really I need to shoot for 190 RPM...

Rode bike a few times at the track and skills have been amazingly preserved somehow and there is some kind of new feeling - can't really figure it out but something feels different now. Better. Can't figure it out exactly...

Anyway...first straight speed is 26mph...will have to see what it is in a few months.

It's like tuning a car, but its your body. I find this fascinating. I really need to get in shape.
