Steam Holiday Sale!!
Some very good prices on Steam right now. Too bad the two games I'd buy if they were on sale aren't on sale! And the ones that I just bought at full price are not way cheaper a few days later!!! Jerks!!!!
However, the Lucas Collection they have is now $48, from $127. Not too bad.
Good price on Dragon Age also.

The Cyber Monday Steam Sale looks a little more interesting. I recommend grabbing Mirror's Edge if you don't already have it. It's super cheap today. This is an excellent game, and I believe I'll be replaying it soon. In fact, that was the last PC game to really pull me in from start to finish. (before that Mass Effect)
I'm also back into Ghostbusters. I nearly forgot about it. I was about half-way through, and then got sucked into some other things. (Windwaker being one of them.) I've beaten WW for my second time btw, and am starting a new Twilight Princess game. I'm playing the Wii version on my PC with Wiimote. (WiiHaw!!!)

I think we are above such. However for those of us that didn't bite at full price, why would an intelligent person that wanted the product at some point not want it for $5.
If it happens to be the big sale day of the year, then make it so. I still would never go to trample-mart on Black Friday like the other sheep.

I think that we should all go in on the Bio-Shock2 four pack.
Pre-Purchase BioShock 2 - Four Pack
Pre-purchase now save 10% and receive one copy of BioShock 2 for yourself, three copies to give to your friends and four copies of BioShock to give to your friends!
Thats 33.74 for a copy of BioShock2 each, plus a steam copy of Bioshock1

Big time sale now that I've thought about it a bit more. I'm not sure how I feel about the playing the whole game as a big daddy. The engine hasn't been upgraded from the sound of it, (it wasn't bad in the first place, but a new game should have improved graphics I think,) etc. I'll definitely play it, but with as many variables as there are, I think it might be a good idea to wait for the half-price point. I still have a huge back-log of good games to finish up too. ME2, Dragon Age, Fallout 3, among several others...
Only clowns and suckers would have passed this up!
We played until 3:30am last night (5.5 hours straight,) which hasn't happened since we played System Shock 2 CoOp in the Redmond house. This is possibly the best CoOp game that I've played in who the hell knows how long.
It's like first-person post-apocalyptic Diablo for cool people! After last nights little adventure, I'm still happy that I bought it for full price when it came out. Damned good game! Damned good! We had to force ourselves to stop playing when our vision was no longer functional!
Any smart person would pick it up for the non-sale price of $24 even, and then play it with us.
NOW!!!

Me too, I also love this game! Damn fine game!
It sucks, because I'm not a huge Randy Pitchford fan, but oh well. (He used to punt my bugs for Halo-PC, the bastard!) They were glaring compatibility bugs like huge Z-fighting poly/texture madness that only occurred on specific video cards, but instead of fixing them...
But, he made a damn fine game now! Damn fine!
