I saw that. Sounds pretty cool. Did you see the screenshot of the DX10 rendered water in the new flight sim? There is a thread on HardOCP for it. It hasn't been verified to be real yet, but if it is, it looks incredible. Last year's E3 really didn't have that much that I was interested in. Maybe Quake IV and such, but not much else. This year, I'm totally into just about everything I've seen out of there.

They should just rename it to Duke Nukem: Now and Then, change it to episodic format, and release bits and pieces as they go.

Does it work with 4 pads, or do you need one for each?

Nevermind, I decided to click on the link. Yes, it works with four pads, and four headsets. I think it's time to switch my wired pads out. I'll have to do it when I get back from vacation.

God that was a great film. Doesn't he say something like "Why are you crying missy?" before he makes her a head on a stick?

Just thought this thread could use the same image a 3rd time.

Another cool thing about the wireless doodad - you can plug in your headset and use it to make VOIP calls!

I'm glad you put that up because I didn't see it before. Sorry we keep missing eachother, let's attempt to remedy that in the next couple o' days.

So, if you didn't see my other thread about this thing, take a look now.

As far as the trip, we just got back from the Mayan Riviera, and possibly the most pleasant vacation I've ever taken. Japan would have been right up there if it hadn't been for some boring... ummm... limitations... Anyway, it was perfect.

Now back to the X360 thing. If you're thinking about getting one, GET IT. I've got one, and one pad (soon to be two.) Works perfectly. More detail in my other thread.

The wireless headset may be expensive - but the wired one came with the system.

Glad to hear about the trip. Details in its own thread??

To continue with the de facto conversation thread - E.Dawson - agreed.
