Everyone should play this game. It's like a more advanced (though with a slight layer of cheese) version of Enclave. It's basically a fantasy shooter with some RPG elements. It's also a bit like Heretic or Hexen. I picked it up a couple days ago, and haven't stopped playing it since. It has multiplayer too, so it could be fun for a Wednesday night. It uses Steam to verify multiplayer mode, so you non-pickyuppy types will have to figure that one out. Singleplayer mode doesn't need Steam at all though.
I have to admit that I've bought a few things because of box-art though. Admiral, you're into immersive, "you're actually there" games as much as I am. I suggest you hop on the ol' torrent blaster if you aren't going to buy the game.
