A shuba looks more or less like a parachute. If I remember correctly, one end attaches at the shoulders, and the other is attached by strings. When you jump out of a grund, it opens up, and you float safely to the ground below. (unless you land in the sticker bushes, at which point you are notified that your shuba has been torn)

I'm sure SpidMonX could whip up a quick image of a shuba wearing adventurer in flight.

Here is a screenshot of a shuba in use. I was off a little. It attaches at the ankle it seems, and is held or attached at the wrist on the other end. Luckily I have VICE installed at work, so all I had to do was grab the disk image.
