I've recently gathered and separated all my spare electronics components:
4001-4027 ICs (bunches of them)
Ungodly amounts of LEDs and LED panels
A few 555 timers and a 556.
All manners of diodes, capacitors, and what nots (even the 'Gods Own Voltage' diodes and capacitors)
A 356N bi-fet
More motors than GE
Switches, relays, et. al.
Anyone have any ideas what I could do with all that crap? I can't think of anything useful (and I've been trying for a week) or anything that would be 'tricked-out'? If you have an idea but don't see a key component on my list, rest assured I can find it, steal it, or otherwise 'acquire' it.

I'm going to build an LED covered robot named Orlando to open my bottles and cans of beer for me. I suspect it'll have fits of twitching, random capacitor discharges, and a propensity to setting itself on fire. Ideally, it'll blink to beats and open bottles with absolute grace, but realistically, it'll probably be a single arm that can move around but keeps running into things. I really just hope he doesn't self-replicate to build an army of LED beat blinking autonomous beer openers, then we're really screwed.
