They need to add a Ravenholm deathmatch map. I think they have the Nova-Prospekt prison, and the streets of City17 only right now. I want Ravenholm in all it's wonderous glory. The saw blade is a fierce and fickle mistress. There is danger at every turn.

I'm good for that too. I'll be around tomorrow night. It'll be a bit sparse though with just two of us. Anyone else?

My post was for Saturday PM Pacific time/Sunday AM Tokyo Time. I don't think I can do it tomorrow night (Fri-us/Sat-jp). The earlier the better for me which is why I suggested 4-5PM/9-10AM.
P.S. - this is all in this thread.

Yeah that was a great time. Lots of good moments.
Like when I put the toilet on j.me's head.
Zoom!
And other great moments.
Poof Ball wars (duct)
Gravity gun catch
This game is just absolutely amazing! It is the best first person shooter EVAR, hands down. I don't know how I can go back to playing any older game (other than out of nostalgic value). The physics woudld seem so elementary. And just think how many awesome mods are on the way. I can't wait for a Rats map. I wonder if the map creation is a lot more complicated due to physics collisons and things.

I downloaded a few maps last night, crossfire2 and some other one. Dont use crossfire2 it only has one spawn point! It ends up being a pig pile of players, with a nade fest insuing!

We didn't play actually...
So i'm looking forward to next weekend for round 2!
I'm downloading the maps now, hope they are not as bad as crossfire2!
I have seen good work come from the mod community, but it would be hard to match the quality in the 2 maps that came with HL:DM. Hopefully an official map pack is on the way.

It's still early-- I mean the SDK only came out a week ago. Quality maps take time...
I have hope. I've seen some top-notch maps come out of the mod community.

I'm sure everyone is farther than me, but here is a spoilbox just in case.
[spoilbox]
The part with the little boat was so cool! Especially after they added the gun! I was reluctant to leave my "Lil Braffer" behind...

I've been to that part. They salvaged the whiteboard from City-432. (formerly Redmond, WA)
