If you don't know what either one is - basically this will allow you to control what gets loaded at boot time or any other time from dlls or whatever... It will also show you what is being loaded and unlike hijackthis you can re-enable anything you disable without having to keep a backup file. Yeah pretty much allows you to control loading of anything...
