What do you bump when its time to get busy? A little music to cuddle to? Maybe just some nice tunes to relax with. What are your favorite beggin beats?

Does it have to be downtempo?
Ritchie Hawtin's an old favorite.

I'm not down with the beggin'. Beck's not down with that either. That'd be old-school. Yeah. I'm not down with that. I don't think tiny Rutherford B Hayes is down with beggin' either.

Any of the examples of what to do with the music on may apply.

As far as relaxing tunes go, i find the BladeRunner soundtrack has the same effect the movie does on me, puts me right out...

Oh, my above examples were for getting busy.
For relaxing and falling asleep, I write my own music. I have a whole sleep CD of custom made sleep tracks. They put me right out about half way through. I fall asleep with my headphones on, but magically every morning the headphones are back up hanging where they should be. It's totally weird. I just automatically take them off at some point during the night, and put them away while I'm asleep.

I have a "big sleep" CD as well...
I find myself being strangled by my headphones, in the middle of the night. I'll have to learn how to sub-consciously put mine away too...

The new "Big Sleep" starts off somewhat active to get your brain churning, and then slowly mellows you to sleep the further you go.

New DJ Shadow is called "On Tempo and In Time"
I'm partial to DJ Shadow because I think the way he plays with drums is just filthy.
I'm Big'inta it right now.
