Whoops. Missed this until it appeared ODK stylee.
The heat's not too bad from day to day, but there have been some sweltering ass blister days sprinkled throughout. There have actually been some breezy nights here and there too. Some thunderstorms "predicted" throughout the next weekend (means they have no idea what's going to happen).
As far as hanabi goes, the biggest show will be this Saturday, July 31st. 20,000 individual rockets will splode all over da place at the Sumidagawa Taikai (Sumida River Fireworks Festival). They go from 7:10pm - 8:30pm, but you'd better get there early 'cause it's crowded. I went to that one 3 years ago at a friend's rooftop party; we were directly under where most of the 'sploding went down. Unbelievable.
