We're looking at land and houses to buy, and our estate agent is this really hot, young-looking 40 year old woman. She's always perfectly dressed and made-up, and very professional. But that's by-the-by. She has found us a couple of good bets and we're really thinking seriously about buying. She's met our requirements for sea views, a bit of space around the house, and a reasonable price.
So the question I have is, when we're ready to close the deal, what sexual favours should I demand?
