Some genius master mind has compiled and posted Sealab2021, ATHF, and Home Movies DVDs on alt.binaries.dvd. For those who have burners, grab em, you won't find these DVDs in the stores.

I have secured a copy of the Sealab DVD. It is pretty damn slick. Haven't got to check it out too much but the quality is certainly high. What a genius idea.

If someone could get the others, that would be absolutely splendid. I want the Aqua Teen one and Elizabeth wants Home Movies. I wonder if they'll ever do a Space Ghost one...

Confirmation that it is the entire collection up to the end of season 2 (Feast of Alvis) and the quality is perfect.

Soooo.... How'd they do it? How do you squeeze more than 2 hours of video on to a DVD. Can you select the compression level for MPEG2? I was under the impression it was a standard thing. Obvioulsy those episodes compress really well....but over double the "standard" ???

I have the season 1 DVD of home movies and season 2 and 3 DVDs are being posted as I type. The ATHF DVD creation still remains a rumor. I hope I didn't miss it. I want that more than I want sleep.

You mean did I BIZZZARO get the new ones yet? I have home movies season 1, 2, and 3...but the invaluable ATHF DVD is no where in sight. I'm thinking about breaking the other adult swim DVDs and burning down my house just to show the other news groupers the ATHF DVD means more to me than most things.
