of maintaining a MAME collection. I've been accumulating half a mind to go through all 5000 games, and weed out the stuff that I will never play. Instead of having it all, I'd have just what I and my friends would play. The cool-factor goes down a bit, but the maintenance, sanity, and drive-space factors go through the roof. This is going to be a tremendous undertaking, if I decided to do it.

Too bad you can't use the MAME32 interface to manage the ROM collection. I'm going to need a utility that shows the game name, the rom file, and all that information, and allows me to manage the files.
