MAPPY AS MICRO-POLICE!!!!!!!!!!

McNevin, we have some Macro-Sized Micro-Police for our avatars...
I need to install some version of Photoshop (I think I only have 3.0. I lost my 7.0 disc.) I need to extract my Mappy, and clean up his foot where that lable is.
That Mappy's okay I guess.
