I drempt I overdosed last night on multiple pain killers... was really weird I actually felt like I left this world and went into the darkness... Then I thought about shooting myself in the heart with a shotgun...I actually felt what it was like to die...isn't that not supposed to be possible?
No...

... That has happened to me a couple times. Maybe once in a dream, but one time for sure on the purple gel. Well, not by itself. It was 4-5 pieces of purple gel followed by three diphenhydramine (sp?) tablets to get me to sleep. after a bunch of truly unpleasant physical (real or imagined, it didn't matter) feelings (my head felt like it was being crushed, as in vice-type pressure) that would happen every few minutes, I thought I was dead and floating around the house. Looking at all my stuff, and myself laying there. (I was actually laying there.) Interesting stuff. I don't really care to explore that further.
I've also seen myself from the outside with a healthy dose of L and K simultaneously. (I mean really healthy)
Oh...

... and I forgot to tell you what it means. It means that you are crazy, and you need to be comitted. I've taken the liberty of having two very nice fellows come and pick you up. They should be there any minute. They will have some nice medications for you to make you feel better. You're going to go stay with them for a little while.

So I think we need a re-get-together of thanksgiving proportions. At least one TV for gaming and one TV for toonage. I havent seen any adult swim in sooooooo long. Especially not the classics.

I had a dream about my teeth crumbling and falling out of my mouth the other night but when I woke up, they were still there. I was pretty happy about that.
I've determined...

that I cannot be left alone for too long...especially with my own thoughts...for they are the enemy...I must be near other people for I am severely afraid of myself...

You can occupy yourself by helping me replace my clutch in a couple weeks. You never answered my email when I asked you about that. Does that mean you don't think it is such a good idea?
You're turning...

... into Smeagol... You don't happen to have a big gold ring in your pocket do you?
Really, you just need to get out and about. Get some easy normal houred employment and keep yourself busy. You've been at home far too long. When I'm out of work for more than two weeks (unless I'm on vacation) I start getting a little crazy. It's a really weird feeling too. If you don't have someone around to take a little of that solitude off once in a while, you start thinking cooky things. I'm telling you, employment would solve everything unfortunately. You'd have cash to do whatever you wanted, you'd be interacting with people other than oversized gym buddies, and you'd be a little too busy to notice those "issues" that you seem to be dealing with needlessly.
Either that, or you need to get a temporary job, make some cash, and then go travel for a while. You can't just sit in one spot every day, get drunk, and not have anything else to do. You saw what happened to K*** What you're doing right now, is the beginning of that process. I'm serious, don't let it happen....

You could also go to the place of J3rks instead of lifting things this weekend.
On a lighter note...

... I've had the tooth crumbling dream many time in my life... I get totally worked up, freaked out, and sad in my dream because I lost my teeth. There's no words to describe how happy I am when I wake up to teeth in my mouth.
Elizabeth just had that dream the other day too. And we had this same discussion

... that's a similar condition called "Tooth-Consolidation" It's very serious, and actually worse than losing one's teeth. As the teeth grow together it becomes harder and harder to eat, until one dies from lack of food and water.

.... how was your lifting? I came to terms with the fact that you would do something that silly. I thought, hey if he likes to hang out with a bunch of over-inflated sweat-mongers, then that's ok. At least I'm not there.
Was it fun? Did you set any records?
CLUTCH!

I can help you if I can take a look at what I am getting myself into first by perusing one of those repair manuals that everyone sells...Also I am betting that I would need to get some kind of a truck to transport my engine crane from my father-in-law's house to my place. I've never replaced a clutch on a front wheel drive car before but I am sure that it would be easier and better to put the clutch in while the engine and transaxle is out of the car...
Lifting...

It was pretty cool. You've totally got the completely wrong idea about it being about a bunch of over-inflated sweat mongers though. Honestly big fat sweaty people are EVERYWHERE!!!! So yeah - some were there too but the majority were not big and sweaty - they were pretty normal people with a bit more muscle than most.
One thing that surprised the fuck out of me is that you do not have to be big to be strong. In fact you can be about the size of Sky? you know Megan's ex? And be ridiculously strong. I saw a couple guys that were totally skinny yet had definition to their forearms and yet they were a bit smaller than mine - Both were under 165lbs and about 5'9" however both benched over 450lbs. One guy actulally pressed 496lbs at 165lb body weight. That's over 3 times his own body weight... That is a lot of wieght at any wieght class and a lot in the 250lb guys weren't even doing that...
Anyway, all in all it was quite inspirational to see so many smaller guys doing a ton of wieght er...1/4 ton of weight I mean! hehe And sure there where a couple big fucking nasty ass fat ass bastards like this one 306lb 19 year old tub of crap that did 529lbs... He had about the same ratio as I did at around 1.71-1.75 times his body wieght. I did just over 303lbs at a 177lb body wieght. I don't remember exactly what the weight was and they use the metric system too. I'm pretty sure it was 137.5kg which is 303.135lbs... I could have done more wieght - probably another 5-10lbs
I set no records and only had to compete against one other guy who did set a new state record beating my friends prior record of 413.2 for the 181 lb class 1 (novice class) I don't remember how much he beat it by - something like 20lbs I think. He was also awarded best lifter for his class.
It was interesting to see how people handled the pressure of competing. It's different when you are in your own gym and setting personal records there when it is at your leisure. In a competition you are in front of a big crowd of people and you are expected to perform your lift at a specific time and specific weight. Two guys I worked out with in the gym all the time weren't able to put it together as well under these competative circumstances. A couple weeks ago one of them did 405lbs in the gym but on competition day he wasn't able to repeat his prior performance and so he had to settle for a early 350lb lift. He is in the 242lb class. Another guy - psyched himself out or something in the dead lift. I've seen him do 655lbs in a dead lift about a month ago and he has done 680lbs since then... Everyone was expecting 700. He did 622lbs his first lift and missed both of the ones after. It's kind of hard to feel sorry for him though because the state record was 462lbs...and he beat it by 160lbs? Oh yeah...I feel bad! He felt like quitting after this meet too! Whatever...
And how was scenic...

scenery was basically hilly hills with sage brush everywhere... The hotel was surprisingly nice for such a small town. There is actually going to be another one in Tacoma June 19th is too early though. Next one I'll do is in August - hopefully put on another 50lbs or so by then...
If...

The goal is to try and stabilize my weight to be 170-178.... and be nice and lean while not having teh gutt fats! hates teh fats!!!!

That's okay then. You can stay at the top of the stairs and play Mappy with other people of similar weight.
