I found this site the other night...kind of reminds me of here in a way except more politically uncorrect and the site isn't as functionaly cool - plus all the people are from Ohio supposedly...

My guess is that it's from Wheeling, West Virginia (in the Ohio Valley).

I'd have to be real fucking bored to read a site just like this but less cool filled with people I don't know... and then I think I'd probably just sleep or stare at a wall or something else more productive.
