Priceline not liable even from an Act of God

....stumbled across this under terms and agreement for priceline...I was going to try and claim an act of god to get some compensation...but damn it, they covered their ground!The priceline Parties do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to an act of negligence or the default of a Travel Supplier, or by an act of God.
