I had the weirdest allergic reaction to something that was in this...I used it out of convienience but will no do so no longer...Right after eating it I felt something in my chest itch...then my throat was really itchy, then my nostrils started to close and my nose and front of face turned totally red and inflamed...there is something evil in this food because normal vegetables don't make you do that.
Tonight I tried the Kroger foods stir fry thing - again because I was lazy and why must everything have sugar in it? Why can't chicken just be chicken instead of having soy/sugar/maltodextrin added to it? Who the fuck wants to eat maltodextrin anyway! The dinner tastes ok but nothing like fresh vegetables...is getting more and more difficult to eat healthy these days...it's kind of crazy really..

I think more and more that all of our food is just engineered to make everyone fat and unhealthy...getting kind of pissed off here...water has to be purified, vegetables have pesticides on them, high fructose/sugar is in everything...is depressing...
