For an incredibly brief post via teh help of La Fin Du Monde & some Pyramid Hefe....
It has been a while since my last post...don't even remember how long really...but thought I would break the silence...
Hmm...don't really have much to say though...no real inspiration for some crazy drunken rant...other than this year has been unbeleiveably an incredible year of luck for teh l2icks0r! I have never been so lucky in my life - just too many instances of luck so far...I think it shall continue...This is going to be a great year!
Last year had a bit of teh sux0r but there was a lot of cool things that happend such as not breaking any bones! But there was still some of the sux0r financially...and accusationally...Although when I think about it I guess I can understand it because it is rather impressive - going from benching 165lbs to 330lbs in one year? that is a little hard to beleive and then gaining 25lbs in what 12 weeks? from 175 to 200...hmm...yeah I guess I can understand the accuations but the fact is I was just so fricken lean at 10.5% body fat that gaining weight was very easy and fat is everywhere on your body so a person will just naturally look larger if he increases to what 14% probably? I dunno...So now is the time to lean back down again...I am not going to go crazy...1lb per week for the next 12 weeks seems pretty reasonable...and since I will be losing weight I'll be losing strength so by that time benching 350 should be reasonable. New target weight is 183lbs...at 8.0% body fat... the hard part will be to not lose too much weight...that's the key keeping the wieght on...so I'll probably be below 183lbs...178 would be ok...
March 5th is a local raw bench press meet should bench 330 there
March 13th is St. Patrick's day Dash of 3.5 miles should be 28min there
March 19th is Pasco time again! wahooo!!!! hehehe Deadlift 551 there.
March 19th Oracle Gathering! but will be stuck in Pasco...damnit!!!
I just realized I hate goals...they really suck actually...so forget those stupid goals...whatever I do is what I do...
Ok nothing left to say...see you all in 12 weeks...
I return!!!!

Crap had body fat measured the other day and it was at 19% I guess I really am teh fatty now...19% eek...
In the last 11 months I gained 18lbs of fat and 8lbs of muscle...from 173-199...hmmm so 161lbs of LBM now...so if I can lose the 18lbs put on that would put me back at 20lbs of fat at 12.4% at bring weight down to 181 for teh competitions...can that be done before March 5th without considerable loss of muscle? in 45 days or 6.4 weeks? Seems just barely possible...hmmm...we'll just have to see...

Ok so I did it... I got down to 181.6lbs from 198lbs...in just barely over seven weeks. I have now learned that weight loss is a skill - just like anything else in life. I can maniuplate my weight in either direction up or down - I am teh weight manipulation mastar! From 19% body fat to 12% - basically 1% per week...big deal...not for teh l2icks0r!
So march 5th was a joke... I lost so much fucking weight that it was hard to keep the strength up... instead of benching 330lbs I could barely do 290lbs...what a joke... oh well... going from 200 to 182 is quite a lot of weight loss especially when it was in 7.2 weeks.
March 13th(St. Patricks Day Dash) is out of the question now too because I have not trained at all for it - not because I didn't have the time to but because running makes you weak and impacts max effort lifts such as the deadlift so I didn't do that...Goals suck.
I should reiterate: GOALS SUCK!
What is the point of a goal? I mean you can only do what you can do so once you put yourself on the max effort path there is nothing more you can do so you have to accept what you are able to do in a given amount of time. Many of my friends when asked what they are going to attempt when the time comes actually quote real numbers - lame...The correct answer is when asked how much weight you are going to move should be: "as much as I possibly can." I mean what else can you expect really? If your training is totally maximized you can only do so much so you just have to be happy with whatever you can do - it's that simple so GOALS SUCK!!!!! FUCK GOALS!!! Remain goalless!!!!

And for my next trick...
I shall gain 10-12lbs beginning after March 19th... I don't like being 182lbs... it was much more fun to be biggar! Although this time I shall attempt to gain mostly lean muscle mass...Last time I gained a shiteload of fat which was not cool. 10-12lbs of lean muscle mass in what? 3 months? that's a little bit optimistic considering it is supposedly a standard that you can only gain 4lbs per 100lbs per year so if you weigh 200lbs you would be able to gain 8lbs in one year. So really that means 2lbs of LBM and 6lbs of fat...hmm...well what the hell...I'll give it a go and see what happens...194lbs by June 23rd which is my birthday! Ah yeah...is this a goal?! no!!!! Lesee what happens!
