Can you give me steps to reproduce the problem?
Is your computer connected to the internet, sir?
What OS are you running?
Is your computer placed too near to any magnetic interference?
I think I broke my cupholder!

When I push the button that makes the cup holder slide out, it doesn't come out anymore...it just makes a grinding sound! My desk is very small!!!! Where am I to put my coffee!!!
