R.I.P. Kurt

Why did Rosemary Carroll, Kurt and Courtney's entertainment attorney, tell Tom Grant that "Kurt was not suicidal"?

Why was the ejected shell of the shotgun found to the left and not the right of the body?

Kurt had 3 times the lethal 225 mgs dose of heroin (1.52 mgs per liter) in his blood system and intravenous puncture marks in both arms. Medical experts will tell you that such an amount, when injected directly into the bloodstream will leave you incapacitated and cause you to lapse into a coma within seconds, if not kill you instantly before the needle can even be removed from your arm.
Now Kurt was found with his shirt sleeves rolled down and buttoned, and his heroin works neatly put away in a cigar box lying approximately three feet to his right.

The Seattle Police will have you believe Kurt injected himself with this insane triple lethal dose of heroin, pulled the needle out of his arm, carefully put away that needle and the heroin paraphernalia neatly back into a cigar box a few feet away, rolled down and button his sleeves, then picked up a Remington 20-gauge shotgun , placed it in his mouth and discharged it. Based on other case studies, this is simply impossible.

Totally off topic because of that db...

I was firing a Sterling submachine gun on a range with a whole bunch of other goons and one of them got hit in the head with a hot cartridge. He flinched away with his finger still on the trigger and would have shot every person in the line had not a sergeant jumped on him very hard. I learnt some interesting new profanities that afternoon.

I've never much liked singers who get all twisted up and shout a lot, so although Nirvana had some promising toons, the whole package got tiresome. Those links about his 'murder' contain some interesting things. But I've read heaps of stuff about JFK's assassination and while many of the theories appear to have a lot of merit, all the theories are contradictory. Frustrating that.

From this MTV article:
However, NBC's "Dateline" aired a segment on Friday debunking many of Halperin and Wallace's conclusions. "Dateline" interviewed five medical examiners, two of whom said that Cobain's high tolerance to drugs might have enabled him to turn the gun on himself, while three others said the information was inconclusive. Other experts noted that prints can be smudged off a gun when it recoils on firing. And when "Dateline" showed the suicide note to four handwriting analysts, three said the sample was inconclusive, while one said that the entire note was written by a single person and that the printing was similar to other samples of Cobain's writing.
10 years! Can you guys believe it has been 10 years? Of course there are conspiracy theorists everywhere, but it seems obvious to me that a)Kurt Cobain was very depressed b)addicted to drugs c)suicidal. Rest In Peace, Kurt.
