Alright now....I hope that this doesn't offend anyone.......
I was lucky enough to see AgentBos play with the Josh Williamson Band on Friday night. Let me just say-Bos has found his caliber of musician (albeit within the realm of Blues) to play with. Buzzworthy and I sat there trading aghast looks as this kid thrashed into some of the most intense blues I've ever witnessed. His technical prowess is second to none-this kid is straight up the best guitar player I've ever heard!!!!!!
(please keep in mind that I've seen Buddy Guy, BB King, et al)
The only thing that I must say is that Josh needs to find the Robert Plant to his Jimmy Page......He just couldn't sing all that good! Maybe he sings because of his ego, and he certainly has earned the right to have one as good as he is, but if he could just put the perfect voice with that perfect guitar, that perfect bass, and by God, those perfect drums, I think that he'd be unstoppable! He writes really good songs, and doesn't completely take the spotlight away from the other members of the band. I certainly say Bos shine that night............
And that's all I have to say about that........
By the way, Bos, good job on Friday, sorry I couldn't make it on Saturday, but you've converted me and I will be seeing the Josh Williamson Band again very soon...........

Hey Agent Bos...
... sorry I couldn't make it Saturday either. Too many unplanned things going on that night. I'll make it out soon though. Did the work crew show up Friday?
I would say as far as the vocals go it would be hard to compare them to the calibar of Josh's guitar playing. His vocals (as well as his guitar playing) are still developing and it could be said he fits into the larger blues singer stereotype wherein the vocals aren't say Robert Plantesque. Most blues guitar players who also sing lead vocals don't always have the "prettiest" voice but more of a raspy soul kindof thing going on. Keep in mind Josh is a mindblowing 20 years of age (to put this into perspective he is younger than Jessica!!). He is still working on all the aspects of his musicianship. Friday night may not have been one of his better vocal performances but I would agree with Ed9k and say he is no Robert Plant. But his guitar does most of the singing at this point. Who knows what the future will hold for the vocal department...
Barry from work apparently showed up with his niece who is only 18...they showed up after 9pm and she couldn't get in
Poor Barry.
