noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!
This is a once in a lifetime show that I cannot believe I am missing.
In case you haven't clicked the link... A Perfect Circle... and The Mars Volta!!
The only thing I don't feel too bad about is that it is at the Tacoma Dome. That $35 price tag sure looks low to me. I am used to twice that for shows here.
Speaking of shows here. Good thing I am not going to be around much in March. I would be broke!! Upcoming Tokyo shows:
3/2 A Perfect Circle (notably minus The Mars Volta) Y6500 ($60)
3/3 Incubus Y7000 ($65)
3/5 Ben Harper Y6500 ($60)
That is quite the week. Fortunately I'll be in Colorado. I would totally love to see Incubus now, though. Have you peeped their new album? Good stuff. Heavier than Morning View. I wasn't aware that they have replaced their bassist with the bass player from The Roots (and Blacklicious it seems). Some cool flavor.
In other concert news, the lineup for California's Coachella concert in May has been announced. Highlights include Radiohead, Sparta (!!), Hierglyphics, Living Legends, Thursday, Cursive, The Crystal Method, Sage Francis, Donald Glaude and about 80 other bands. You gonna go this time Kevin?
