Tattoos are shit. The urge to mutilate your body is primitive and corrupt.

If there was one tattoo in the whole world that made anybody more beautiful, I would fall down and worship it. But that tattoo doesn't exist.

Those websites are interesting only as exercises in poor taste.

I think you cut and paste that entire rant from a different forum...

Aren't you Mr. Tattoo Designer now, anyway? :D

No, this is a 100% fresh and original post. Just wanted to polarize things from the start, and give those inclined an excuse to ask

":wtf: Is that guy for real?"

Odd that I should also be a freelance tattoo designer too. I'm hoping for a commission to do a large, disfiguring facial tat soon. What do you think of my snowboard tat ender?

db-san, we totally gotta get the ball rolling. Ive been talking about getting a japanese tatoo for too long... we should decide on designs now, and get them this spring.

Crayon Shinchan riding a carp up a waterfall with maple leaves would be good.

Well... I wanted to try to steer clear of really hardcore symbology.
Naked chicks, skulls, knives, crayon shinchan.....

A selection of sushi perhaps? Or maybe just one representative piece would be good.

How about a map of the Tokyo subway system?

I was thinking of getting Doraemon sitting under a Kotatsu eating Mikan. I really want to "symbolize" my time here in Japan...plus all girls really like Doraemon.

Ocean - not bad for a first attempt. I thought it was good use of symbolism and interesting design...but there is no way I would put it on my body.
