Fry's return policy is unbeatable...except by costco. 30 days, no questions asked, full refund or exchange! Just have the reciept, otherwise it's store credit which ain't all that bad considering how much cool stuff that place has. One must question why their return policy is so grand and why their prices are so cheap. Well let me tell you why. CUZ THEIR SHIT IS SHIT! Fry's buys damaged goods from the manufacturers and sells them at unbeatable prices. People buy the goods, discover they're defective, then return them with ease. Fry's takes the damaged goods, repairs them, and put them back on the shelf (refurbished). Refurbished items aren't always bad, I buy refurbished stuff all the time. But their goods are far from mint as they claim. Even if you buy stuff that doesn't have the "This item as been returned and repaired" sticker on it, you're still buying something that will eventually be put back on the shelf with that sticker on it and sold to someone else. But you could get lucky. But when it comes to buying blank CDs and 22 guage electrical wire, Frys is the shizzznit! Just FYI.
Oh, as far as digital cameras go, I don't know. I have a Sony Cyber-shot, and it broke. So don't buy one of those.

Did you read my little write up on the
homepage?
Erik - A 4megapixel image (2272x1704) at the minimum compression on my new Canon S400 averages around 1.5MB which is stupid to try to put on a floppy. However if you crop or downsize the image to 640x480 and save it around mid level compression than it will be around 80-100KB which could be thrown on a floppy with a few select precious images. But beware, I don't even have a floppy drive anymore, and soon they will hopefully be gone forever. Buy a CD burner...
