At least it's a variation on 'if you help me get this money out of Nigeria there's six million in cash for you just for your troubles.' This one offers nothing that I can see. Do they really expect someone to be stupid enough to fall for this?

Where do I signup? If only we lived in a far away place with no rules on international money making schemes or no way to enforce them. I am sure our collective brain power could come up with some doozies.
