Go get AmiKit!
It's a full, fancied up workbench install for WinUAE. You just install it in Windows, tell it where to find your Kickstart ROM, and give it a mounted ISO of Workbench 3.9. It then proceeds to install and configure a nice Amiga environment.
I've got hard-drive mounted version of all the games I had on the 500, demos, etc.
