Duke Nukem or No Duke Nukem

So, it's getting badish reviews, however, the people playing, especially on the PC say it's a lot of fun. (sounds like the complainers are mainly on the consoles) There's an article on Kotaku about this: http://kotaku.com/5811449/in-defense-of ... em-forever
Sounds like it could be a fun game, that's just got a few flaws from being fragmentally (heheh new word) developed over 14 years. People are also complaining about its humor, but people complain about everything now.
Hmmm.... Can't decide if I want it or not. I like games that are fun. Not really into the massive budget squad based shooters that everyone likes these days. (I think Mass Effect is the only ultra-budget series that I'm into at this point.) Also, Randy and I have had our differences in the past, (godamn Halo-PC bug punter!) but he's making good games these days, and seems to be in the good-game-in-dev-limbo resurrection business now as well, (which is cool.)
And... ...it's Duke Nukem... It already had simple shooter mechanics, fun weapons, dumb humor, etc. in the first place. And... it was fun!
