The story itself is not all that interesting, but I love the "Nintendo-speak" comment in the first paragraph. :D :D :D :D :D

Nintendo Hit With $21 Million Patent Infringement

A federal jury ordered Nintendo of America to pay $21 million to Anascape Ltd., a small Texas based gaming company, for patent infringement. Nintendo says it will appeal which, in Nintendo-speak means “We're sorry but your settlement is in another castle!”

A federal jury found in favor of Anascape Ltd. in the lawsuit that was originally filed in 2006. Nintendo spokesman Charlie Scibetta said the company will seek an appeal and expects the court to reduce the award "significantly." The jury found that Nintendo infringed on Anascape's patent while designing its Wii Classic, WaveBird and Gamecube controllers.

Something in the analog? Something in the wireless? Some little ergonomic rubber holder used as a screw cover?
