Here is a fake and/or unoffical lineup for Coachella 2008. However a number of these bands HAVE been rumored to be playing. I am looking forward to the OFFICIAL lineup - but for the time being if this WAS official, here is who I would be most pleased to see:



Fri:
Bowie's in Space!!!
QotSA always rock.
Rilo Kiley killed it in the fall - I really hope to see em again.
The National - I am super into their new album
The Go! Team of course is fun

Sat:
Radiohead - duh, never seen
Muse teh rawks
Broken Social Scene is one of my fave bands right now
Teh Mars Volta !1!oneoneone
Common, dig
The Knife could be the interesting

Sun:
Wow Portishead reunion?
Beirut is cool
Postal Service I've never seen live
Feist fuck yeah!
Aesop/UNKLE - not much hip hop

We'll see how close this compares to the official list when it drawps.

Go see Royksopp of you can (especially if they're playing in a smallish tent); they are surprisingly rawkish live.

Also go see The Avalanches (depends on what line-up they bring).

I've got albums from both of those artists and enjoy them thoroughly.

...hmmmmmm Well might be worth it just for Saturday. Overall very disappointing compared to fake rumor pshop job.

OMG, portishead reunites for the first time in the usa since... well a long friggin time, and you dont think that is headliner worthy. I'm not talking to you anymore.

I'm also upset that fiest wont be there.
