Go to the sound page and start the music. Then alternate between "Yea I got it on my car," and "ya know what I'm sayin'" then after a few of those, end it with a "Then U gots da flows."

I love how Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis give a demo on the woo woooo ..
To watch em speed off, almost hit a parked car, drive down the wrong lane and run a stop sign right as they are swerving out of the way of a moving car, creates that hard laughter worthy of pampers.
WOO WOOOOO!!

Nyce - that's cool you remembered to check it out so soon.

with Ben on how funny it was when Bubb Rubb "demonstrated" his whistling exhaust. So damn funny! I haven't had a good laugh (like the first time I saw Chambraign or Walking Quinn) in a while...this was pretty close.....

That was a nice bit of driving. But for me, there were more subtle laughs.
The exhaust guy's generally nervous demeanour cracked me up - that guilty titter and forehead wipe at the end.
And lil' sis's confusion with what constitutes decoration - and her persistence in trying to get the rest of the world to accept her definition.
But, enlighten me, what are the 'flows'? I still don't get that bit.

I recently watched this video again, and had to laugh at its timeless humor! I especially love how he drives in the oncoming lane, before running a stopsign, and narrowly avoiding an accident.

Certainly one of the best web video memes of all time.
Wiki it
Whistle tips gained popularity when a man who identified himself as "Bubb Rubb", real name Jonathan Worrell, was interviewed by technology reporter Gabriel Slate of San Francisco Bay Area MyNetworkTV affiliate KRON-4. In a humorous portion of the story about the tailpipe accessory, "Bubb Rubb" told the cameras that "the whistles go 'woo woo'",[13] resulting in the clip becoming a viral video[14] and "Bubb Rubb" becoming an internet celebrity.
So I love the fact that the
gothamist post cited is from Oct 2003 and that this thread is from June 2003.
