Some weirdness with random "renaming" of theme that was actually quite easily resolved. Looks like a worm or hack of some sort. But that is all behind us now. thx to mcnevin for text messaging me or I mightn't have noticed for a few days.

The reason the board was not functional wasn't actually the hack - which actually just made it default to subsilver - which , of course, isn't configured to work with all the board's mods - which is why the error message presented itself.

It must be a worm that is affecting phpBB installs that are old like mine. I'll upgrade this w/e but I will not be able to until then.

Until then, J3rk and McNevin are now administrators. If it happens again it is quite easy to fix. Takes about 15 seconds following these steps (might want to save externally so that if it does happen and you can't read this thread you can still fix it).

Delete FI Black

Styles Admin -> Add

ChunkStyle Install

General Admin -> Configuration

Default Style Pull Down -> ChunkStyle

Submit

teh endarzone has now been teh upgraded to 2.0.15 which is teh latest vershun.

Oh - they also inform me that there is some scheduled downtime coming up in the not too distant future that will bring my entire domain down for 4ish hours. yikes!
