Some E3 news

Been looking into E3 news a little. Man ign.com sucks. I think GameInfoWire isn't so bad tho.
Main piece of news is that the retail on Xbox has been dropped to $180. Damn that is cheap for a region free DVD player, Game console, Media player, full on console emulating console AND MORE. This scene is gonna be around for ever if it can do this much already. And for so cheap! I saw a used one in a store here for 8800 Yen - that's less than $75!!
Some game info fo ya...
Tron 2.0
Look out cycles3d cause here is the real thing and it looks damn good! It is based on the new LithTech engine. I liked this little bit (altho you ATI bandwagon jumpers might not be so impressed ):
"New visual effects designed exclusively for TRON 2.0 by nVidia."
Half-life 2
Continuing with our "from Kirkland" game tour of E3 here are a couple screens:
Time fo Defiance
Get this:
Time of Defiance is a massively multiplayer real time strategy game, with astonishing graphics, based upon many thousands of small floating islands on the remains of the planet of Nespanona.
Sound familiar? Stratosphere anyone?
That was by Ripcord...who is this winner by? "Nicely Crafted" I guess...
Actually it is already out. Damn I missed it.
