I just launched Super Smash Brothers Brawl in Dolphin (Wii and Gamecube Emu) and used my Wiimote via cheapo Azio USB Bluetooth adapter to control it. Now I just need to rip all of my Wii games.
Dolphin is far from perfect, but it's working, and working quite well for its age. Based on what I've seen over the last year, it'll be more or less viable as a Wii replacement in another year or so perhaps.
I'm about 1/2 way through Wind Waker right now. (the Gamecube side of things is great (at least on the games I've tried.)
Now I just need to rip all of my Wii games.
