I'm betting probably everyone already tried them but thought I would post this anyway.
Being somewhat of a frequenter of Fry's I fell victim to buying one of their helicopters that they were selling last year. I got a pretty big impressive looking thing that looked like it would be totally cool to have - so I got one AND it sucked. It only took one hit into the wall and broke...pretty much sucked ass. Now this year I don't know why but I bought another one but this time it was super tiny and only $25. It is very cool - especially after you learn to control it and can fly it towards your cat and have your cat bat it out of the air. The thing is amazingly durable and hitting the wall or falling doesn't harm it. It is about the size of your hand in length.

I bought the reflex too but it hasn't actually been as fun so far for some reason - I guess because I can't control it that well yet compared to the havoc stinger but supposedly the reflex gives you a lot more control. The thing about the reflex is that you have to straighten the blades out sometimes by hand when it hits the wall. It is also surprisingly durable. It also has a manual trim screw that you have to adjust on the copter when it isn't running...not sure how cool this is or not because I have spent too much time adjusting that thing before flying it and it seems like you have to readjust it every time you hit something.
The reflex has an AC charger instead of being charged from the remote and takes a much longer time to charge. I can charge and discharge the havoc about 3-4 times in the time it takes to charge the reflex. The havoc has electronic trim on the remote. The main thing that makes the reflex different from the havoc is that the reflex has two little fans that can push it forward or back plus turn left/right...it hasn't worked out that well for me yet but I haven't flown it that much yet.
So the havoc is super durable, charges faster, easier to fly, and half the price as well as about 1/3 the size. The rotors never get screwed up from hitting things, and you don't need an AC outlet to charge its 50mah LiPo battery.
The reflex is bigger and heavier and when it hits something you sometimes have to fix the rotors. It takes a lot longer to charge it via AC and I think it has a 250mah LiPo battery. The trim can only be adjusted when the helicopter is not flying by turning the adjuster on the top of the rotors. The reflex controls allow for forward/back movement as well as up/down and left/right - the havoc only has up/down and left/right. The reflex is almost twice as much...

well that sucks...just after I write this one of the stabilizers break off and screw it up. I took the other one off and all it does is spin now. Maybe they have replacements. It came with four extra rotors but no stabilizers. The reflex is much much faster so it can slam into things really hard. Probably better to fly outside but then you have to deal with wind.

I should mention that I hit the walls many times with the reflex and the last hit was pretty severe. For some reason it got a ton of speed and slammed into the wall.
I get the idea that the company doesn't want you to return them to the store and instead call them so maybe I can send for repair parts.
