It's actually illegal to sell a Hotmail account, or to use it for commercial purposes. :D

The guy is a bastard for putting up the auction, but the person who bid $730 without reading what they were bidding on is stupid. So, I don't know quite how to feel about the whole situation. :wtf: Glad it wasn't me I suppose. :grin:

It was basically an auction with a bunch of pictures of the XBox360, and a very small and short description to the effect of: You are bidding on this Hotmail address (which was something like XBox360Marketing@Hotmail.com) which will be very helpful for selling XBox360s online. Or something close to that. Several people bid it all the way up to $730 (which was the closing bid)
