Hey SpiderChoki!!!

Post by R3C »

I'm back into writing music, and I want to work with you on something. I'm not one for coming up with the most elaborate melodic portions for my music, (unless they are acidic or similar,) so I'd like to enlist your aid for that. I want to make a track similar to the one on the big high bouncy forest on Unreal Tournament 2003. A mellow soft-chord change sort of thing with a nice electronic beat. I'll do the beat, effects, fine tuning and some creative input, but I'm no good at figuring out good chord changes like those ones. I can however do percussion, basslines, pads etc. Perhaps we could poke about this weekend, besides playing. (If you're available for enough time, we should start a System Shock 2 game with McNevin from here. I can play for a bit on Saturday, but on Sunday I have from 8:00AM until 10:00 or 11:00PM. Elizabeth works all day. Give me a televoice-unit-transmission sometime soon.

... the game that showed up at your house is Star Control 3. I heard that despite the puppets, it was actually quite cool. If you come over this weekend, we can throw it on the DOS Box and give it a go.
